I work with individuals to set healthy boundaries with themselves and others, cultivating space for reflection, emotional clarity, and personal growth. My approach is a combination of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Motivational Interviewing.

Together, we’ll explore your thoughts, emotions, and actions to increase your self-awareness. My counseling sessions are goals focused, designed to enhance your ability to practice self-care, set healthy boundaries, and communicate in ways that nurture your relationships.
